Leadership Development

Growing outstanding leaders is one of the best ways to help improve the whole school system. We have previously seconded two deputy head teachers to an East Sussex secondary school.

Through a range of leadership courses, peer reviews, shadowing opportunities and secondments, we provide support and training from Middle Leader right through to Headteacher.
